Arbili, Raouf
Son of Masouda and Kolef. Raouf was born on January 1, 1933, in Iraq, to a family of 10. Raouf immigrated to Israel in 1951. He spent some time in Bat Yam and within the framework of Youth Aliyah reached Kvutzat Yavneh and stayed there until his enlistment in the IDF, In March 1952. In December 1956, Raouf was conscripted to the Border Guard for permanent service and served as a fighter until his death. In March 1957, he was posted to the Border Police in Rosh Ha’Ayin, the Company of Iyar, and in 1961 he was a member of the Eichmann guards. In 1975 he served as a quartermaster. Raouf completed a combat paramedics course in a combat unit, and was a fan of fishing, tennis, cooking, swimming, sports, he loved his wife, loved people, was smiling and always helped everyone. He was buried in the cemetery in Holon, leaving a wife in memory of Raouf,
