Apote, Eliyahu

Son of Hanania and Esther. He was born on 14.1.1941 in Casablanca, Morocco. The family immigrated to Israel in 1954. He studied at the Neveh Hadassah Institute near Ra’anana. He belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement. Worked as a locksmith. He was drafted into the IDF in January 1960. He fell during his duty on 16 July 1960 and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
