Andre-Robert Horowitz

The only son of Marco and Perla. Born on December 15, 1946 in Bucharest, capital of Romania. In 1951 his family immigrated to Israel. From the age of five, his tendency to music became apparent, and he began to study music. In February 1967, he was drafted into the IDF, and with all the passion of his youth, he devoted himself to his duties, and therefore he took up responsible positions and began to rise up the ranks. He was sent to military courses, where his command and professional abilities increased. On 3 Cheshvan (15.10.1969), Robert fell during his service. He was buried in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
