Amir, Yitzhak (Itzik)

Son of Tamar and Elijah. Was born on January 21, 1981 in Haifa, a twin brother to Daniel and a younger brother to Sara and Ortal. Itzik was an old man and received great pampering from his family. His sister, Sara, writes about him: “From the moment his parents were born, they stopped sitting, and ten pairs of eyes were not enough.” Itzik was very naughty, active, quick, curious and everywhere he went. When he was three years old, he found development difficulties and therefore attended a special school until he was ten years old. He then moved to a regular school, a fact that contributed greatly to his self-confidence. He invested a lot and received much help from his teachers until he completed his junior high school. He completed his high school studies at the agricultural school in Ein Karem. When he was in the 11th grade he began working and getting drunk, became very independent and offered his help in supporting the family, and he was very attached to his home and family. He was interested in everything related to animals, their behavior and their life expectancy, and he liked to watch the natural channels, from which he deepened his knowledge of this field, while in his free time he loved to watch horror films. Every song he heard without a mistake or a fake He did not study in any department or department, but independently: Itzik was an outstanding painter, drawing animals and characters from films, and his paintings decorate the home and homes of friends and relatives. He stood out in basic training at Hashomer Farm as an outstanding soldier, and at the end he began a course to complete his matriculation exams. He showed great motivation for service, demonstrated great discipline and expressed satisfaction with his service, his commanders and his friends at Hashomer Farm. His ambition was to integrate into combat service, to which the soldiers of the Hashomer Farm could be referred, and his commanders saw him as a good and disciplined soldier who was able to lead and lead the department positively, and therefore had the potential for such service. Itzik aspired to maximum success in everything he did. His greatest dream was the role he would play in the army, combat service as much as possible. He loved the army very much and was proud to wear a uniform. He was always dressed and dressed, his clothes were ironed, his shoes polished, and he had never forgotten a smaller accessory than he had to wear. On December 3, 1999, Itzik fell during his service at the age of nineteen. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Survived by his parents and three sisters.
