Amichai, Aaron-Moshe


Son of Malka and Jacob. Aharon-Moshe was born in Romania, in the city of Durban, on June 1, 1914. He grew up and was educated in Romania, and at the same time he studied Hebrew and mastered the Hebrew language, and after his marriage he moved to Bucharest, On May 24, 1950, he and his wife immigrated to Israel on the ship “Transylvania.” After a stay in an immigrant camp, the family arrived in Nahariya, to the tent encampment that was established in the village, and on August 4, 1952, Aharon- In tour and journalistic posts in the detention center in Acre, and in his police service he showed great devotion and invested all his energy in order to succeed in the tasks he was assigned. On December 9, 1965, a policeman, Aharon-Moshe, was killed while serving in the detention center of the Akko police station, and was buried in the cemetery in Nahariya, leaving behind a wife, a daughter and a son.
