Aljemil, Joshua (pereg)

Son of Avraham and Fortuna. He was born on the 21st of Adar 5702 (March 20, 1941) in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. He immigrated to Israel in 1949 via Italy. He studied at an agricultural school in Nahalat Yehuda and at the “Amal” school in Ramle. Was drafted into the IDF in August 1959. He was wounded while carrying out his duties, and a few days later, on 9 February 1960, he died of his wounds. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
