Albanyat, Mahoush


Son of Cappa and Kid. He was born on April 21, 1987, in the tribe of Abu-Bnaya, in the Diaspora near Kuseifeh. The eldest son of seventeen brothers. Mahoush attended elementary and secondary schools in Kuseife and completed twelve years of study. During his childhood, he loved traveling in the sand dunes around the tribe and thus became familiar with the southern regions. Mahoush grew up and was educated in the Abu Rabia tribe, many of whose sons have acquired higher education, and is considered the most recognized and influential Bedouin tribe among the Bedouin tribes in the south. Most of the sons of Maush’s illustrious family enlist in the IDF and contribute to the security of the state, and Mahosh, who felt part of the family, followed suit and on 9 April 2006 joined the IDF. In his enlistment he also attracted his younger brother, who enlisted in his wake. In the first year of his military service, he served from Haush in the Scouts Unit in the Northern Command, on the Lebanese border. He then moved to the Southern Command’s Scouts Unit and served in the regional division of the Gaza Division. Mahosh liked his job very well, excelled in it, was “poisoned” by the army and planned to continue his regular service. He had invested all his energies in the cause. He was a very popular soldier among his comrades in the unit, and he always had a smile on his face. In his home he was warmly welcomed by guests. He stayed with people all the time, took care of everyone, was a very responsible guy and loved life. During vacations he enjoys spending time with friends and family. He often spent time with his uncle Musa al-Albaniat. Musa said, “I joined the army first, and after me everyone went, and I hope that the state will look at us the way we look at it. They were killed by me. ” On March 17, 2006, he married Mahosh with his choice of heart and began to build for him and his wife a home. On April 16, 2008, an observation post identified an armed squad near the security fence early in the morning, trying to place an explosive charge. A force from the Givati ​​Brigade, which was jumped to the scene, crossed the fence into the Gaza Strip opposite Kibbutz Be’eri, and was ambushed. Three soldiers were killed by the heavy fire, accompanied by the firing of anti-tank missiles and mortar shells: from Haush and his two friends from Givati, Sergeant Matan, and Corporal David Papian. Four additional soldiers were wounded. The force continued to fight despite the heavy loss, pursued the terrorist squad, one of them was injured and the others fled. A symbol of Mahoush Albanyat fell in battle in Gaza and he is twenty-one years old. He was brought to rest in the cemetery in Kseifeh. Survived by a woman, Handa, parents, eight brothers: Fares, Jihad, Salman, Salem, Falah, Amsalam, Muhammad, Ibrahim; Four sisters: Camila, we will be, Amal and staring; And five half-brothers: Rihahed, Suleiman, Zohra, Fatma, and Miriam. His uncle Musa said: “It’s a great loss for us, and I’m going to continue to enlist in the IDF and I will continue to encourage residents to enlist and serve our country.”
