Al-Zbarga, Jihad


Son of Ofra and Ibrahim. He was born on December 17, 1984 in the village of Kalansowa. Jihad grew up and was educated in the Bedouin neighborhood of Taybeh, in the Triangle, where he graduated from elementary school. Jihad attended the junior high school in his native Taibeh in a humanistic direction. When he was eighteen, his father was killed. Jihad loved the army very much. He was in close contact with soldiers from his family living in Rahat and the town of Quseifa in the Negev. As a result, it was clear that when he completed his studies he would volunteer for the IDF, and his brother, Qaid, served in the IDF as part of the second stage reserve for Bedouin leadership in Israel. Jihad joined the IDF on May 1, 2003 and was assigned, at his request, to the Desert Patrol Battalion 585. His commanders point out that he was a good and disciplined soldier who did everything he had to do in the best possible way. On the same day, a wedding was held for a member of his family in the village, after which he went with a number of friends in a truck in the village. Who left his mother and twelve brothers and sisters: Muhammad, Miriam, Salman, Ahmad, Qaid, Naif, Naifah, Antsar, Nasra, Fares, Jaber, and Bassem.
