He received a summons for a pilot course, did a long term in this course, finished flying in the Fuga Magister training plane and advanced to the stage of the Skyhawks. “Amos is not proud of his accomplishments and stands out in his modesty,” he says. On the 26th of Tevet, 5707 (9.1.1975) – only two months before he was about to complete the course, a busy flying bird fell while carrying out his duties. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Hadera. Survived by his parents and brother. After they fell, he was promoted to lieutenant colonel. In the pamphlet ‘With all their might,’ a hand to the people of Hadera who fell in the Israeli wars, things are brought to his memory; In the journal ‘A Little Time’, published by the Ahad Ha’am school, the friends of Amos are brought.
