Yigal, son of Lilly and Moshe, was born in Tel Aviv on November 25, 1952. He attended the Gordon Elementary School in Holon, continued his high school studies at the Sokolav Laor High School in Jaffa and completed an external study at home – Ron High School in Tel Aviv Yigal was active in the Gadna, especially in the field of target shooting, and participated in many shooting competitions with an air rifle. Besides shooting, he had other hobbies, mainly fishing and diving at sea. He was a shy, modest boy, but very talented. He was kind and kind, a devoted son to his parents and loved by his friends.
