Agami, Yosef

Yosef, son of Esther and Shabtai Agami, was born in Egypt in 1932. He immigrated to Israel on December 17, 1949, at the age of seventeen. In 1951 he enlisted in the IDF and joined the Border Police. He retired for a while and returned to the police in 1964 and served in Haifa. He married Miriam in 1963 and they had four children and they lived in Kiryat Yam. Yosef was killed in a road accident on December 28, 1975. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Efek – Tzur Shalom.
