Agam, Chaim


Son of Ziva and Sasson. Born on 13.1.1968 in Or Yehuda, where he grew up and was educated. He studied at the state-run elementary school Saadia Gaon and continued his studies at the Rogozin High School in the Electricity track, and was a member of the Maccabi Hatzair youth movement and active in the Gadna. He worked in Karate and participated in various competitions in this industry. But his great love was reserved for the animals he had raised in the family yard. The horses were his favorite, and he rode them for the pleasure and enjoyment of his friends, who watched him ride. He has studied driving in various vehicles, both within the civilian and military framework. He was conscripted into regular service in August 1986 and assigned to serve in the Armored Corps, but due to a medical problem he was transferred to the General Service, where he served as a driver. Haim died during his service on 8 June 1988. He was succeeded by his parents, two sisters, Hanita and Farah and brother Shlomo, who wrote in a letter of condolence to the bereaved family for the fact that Chaim performed His role as a driver with loyalty, love and initiative, and was loved by his commanders and friends, his willingness to help them and his quiet temperament and smiling expression.
