Afriat, Nissim

Son of Eliyahu and Hannah. He was born on December 13, 1933 in the city of Paz, in Morocco. In 1949 he immigrated to Israel and in November 1950 he was drafted into the IDF, and during his reserve duty, he left Mount Hermon on the 17th of March, 1967. Since March 1968 his body was returned by the Syrians through the Butmia crossing He left a wife and four children and was brought to rest in the cemetery in Safed.
