Aflalo, Yitzhak


Son of Hanania and Massouda. Born on May 17, 1941, in Magdur, Morocco, the family immigrated to Israel in 1956. After graduating from elementary school in Dimona, he studied at the Amal vocational high school and was a member of sports organizations (boxing and sword). He was drafted into the IDF in May 1961. He served in the reserves in Golani and was again called to the flag on the eve of the Six-Day War. According to his commander, Yitzhak was a loyal friend of his commanders and his comrades. He performed his tasks with devotion and devotion until he fell in a battle in Al Kuba, The third of the battles is 28 Iyar 5727 (7.6.1967). He was buried in the military cemetery in Bari and later moved to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. In the booklet “In Memory” published by the Municipality of Dimona, his memory was raised. In Yaniv, which was published by the Dead Sea Works, his memory was raised.
