Admoni, Omri


Son of Aliza and Ehud. Born on the 5th of Tammuz, June 19, 1980 in Gedera. He spent most of his years in the army as an officer in electronics, and served as an officer in the aerial surveillance unit in Mitzpeh Ramon for about 10 months. In August 2005, he participated in the “disengagement” from the Gaza Strip and received a certificate of appreciation for his contribution to the national mission. From June 2006 to September 2008, he served in the IDF’s Missiles Unit at Palmachim Air Force Base, as an integration officer in the Real Time Division. In February 2010, he was drafted into reserve duty. A senior academic officer, Omri Admoni, fell during his service on the 17th of Tammuz, June 28, 2010. He was thirty years old when he fell. He was laid to rest in the military section of the cemetery in Gedera.
