Adler, Ron

Adler, Ron

Son of Yosef and Arlette. He was born on January 2, 1957 in Kiryat Bialik. He studied at the State elementary school in Kiryat Bialik and continued his studies at the Reali School in Haifa. He was a member of the Scouts youth movement, the Shachaf regiment, the Carmel tribe in Haifa. Was a sensitive and gentle boy who loved poetry, and even wrote poems from an early age. The principal of the Reali School wrote that “he was a young man with a gentle and Yaffa soul and who aspired to a better world than he actually existed, and apparently did not find it …” When he returned from a trip to Europe at the age of 17, His hard and revealing poems were written on pages he had torn from his student notebooks. In one of his early poems, he writes: “Now I am 75 / Ten minutes ago I was 74 / What will you give? / 75 What will you have / What will you have? With you, Eyal? And you and Dad? And Mother? And Valeik / And Norit? And poisonous? What will you have? / – God, / Keep them / Please, please, please / in the name of all the pains / keep them / “He said. Ron was drafted into the IDF on August 4, 1975. He volunteered to serve in the Paratroopers’ Paratroopers Brigade and passed away during his military service – on the 13 th of July 1976, at the age of 19. He was brought to eternal rest In the military cemetery in Haifa, left behind his parents and older brother, in a letter of condolences to the bereaved family by the commander of Ron’s immediate department: “As Ron’s commander and someone who was personally in touch with him and knew him closely, I would like to convey to you my sincere feelings and the feelings of his friends In the estate of Ron, 175 songs were found, as well as diary entries, and the poems were printed and published together as a book in the name of all the pain, published by Sifriat Poalim in December 1976. The book came out at eleven In the introduction to the book, the poet Natan Yonatan writes: “A man was filled with wonder and fear in the face of the decisive act of a nineteen-year-old boy. What horror was hovering over his soul to push her into nothingness. How much power, how much courage is required to cut himself with his own hands, and to give the world such guilt and responsibility. And how desperate in that personal decision, lonely and painful – to part from life. Songs written by Ozer will remain eternal testimony to the torment of his soul, which knew no rest. You hear in them the whole scale of the sounds of a soul: from soft, delicate, lyrical, longing, to the sounds of Sufa and Mary. A curse is hurled at the face of the world that gave him so little hope; Let him be at least that little, words and words of words left by Ron, a memory of his ashes, which will blossom with his name forever. “Indeed, in his diary, signed shortly after his death, he writes:” By knowing that you were destined to be destroyed and disappear when you know the truth and the ongoing attempt to find This is a conclusive proof of the existence of struggling forces, that man is one of them and on the other side there is truth and love. “In another of his last poems, he writes an additional book of poems, : “Then, after the memories / after the scenes / of wild horses / and quiet horses / and fish sailing in silence / I wrote. / And then, after the hopes / after the dreams / and the dreams T / meeting and tears / laughter / crying. / Then / after writing / After I cried / When “.
