Guy was fond of his friends and swept his surroundings with his special sense of humor and his uncontrolled and explosive laughter. In September 1991 he was drafted into the IDF and assigned to the Intelligence Corps, and his friends say that the will and perseverance characterized Guy, who saw his role as a mission and was always ready to help his friends. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Holon. Survived by his parents and two sisters – Roni and Rachel. His unit published a booklet commemorating his memory. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, his commander wrote: “We will all remember Guy as a friend, with a constant laugh on his face, and he is always ready to help, help and support.”
