Aboshadid, Rachamim
Was born on 19 July 1922 in Hebron. In the 1929 riots, when he was seven years old, he witnessed the murder of his father and brother and the wounding of several members of his family by Arab rioters from Hebron, but he himself miraculously survived, although he testified before the committee that he was appointed to investigate the events. The victims were brought for temporary burial in Sheikh Badr and then transferred to eternal rest in the cemetery on Har Hamenuhot. Rahamim left three brothers and two sisters.
