Abo, Meir

Son of Moshe and Ruchama. He was born on the 24th of Tammuz 5709 (21.7.1949) in Tiberias. When he reached school age, he studied at Or Torah, and later began to study at Yeshivat Ahuzat Naftali. Find his livelihood in fishing. In May 1967, he was drafted into the IDF and a few months later he encountered an enemy ambush near Tirat Zvi and was wounded, and on the following day, on the 25th of Tishrei 5725 (25.10.1967), he was buried in the cemetery in Tiberias.
