Abergil, Chaviv

Son of Prosper and Massouda. He was born on 26.6.1945 in Rabat, Morocco. He studied there at the elementary school of Kol Israel Haverim. After graduating he began working in a printing press. He belonged to the Scouts movement and to a sports movement in Morocco. Immigrated to Israel. He loved nature and went on walks in nature. He also tended to write poems, all of which remained in Morocco. He was drafted into the IDF in February 1962. He died on 26 June 1962 and was brought to eternal rest at the military cemetery in Afula.
