Abed, Hannah
Bat Nadra and Yosef was born on 13 June 1959. Chana was drafted into the IDF in March 1978 and placed in the Signal Corps. After completing basic training, she was sent to the course and became a switchboard operator. After that, Hannah served in several bases until she was placed in the unit where she found her place. She had a common language with her friends, so she quickly acclimated and found great satisfaction in her service. On the 27th day of Tishrei 5769 (27.9.1979), Hannah fell in her role as a soldier and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kfar Sava, leaving her parents, four brothers and two sisters. “Hanna served as a model and model for all the soldiers of the unit …” Her family did her memorial in the Ohel Rachel synagogue in Kfar Sava.
