Aaron, Yosef

Yosef, son of Eliezer-Eliyahu and Sarah-Beila Aaron, was born in 1909 in Vilna, Poland and immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in 1936. After serving in the Haganah, he served as a guard in the northern fence and was wounded in the leg. Yosef was drafted into the IDF in October 1950. He fell in the line of duty on the 18th of Tishrei (22.9.1956) and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. He left behind a wife and a daughter.
