A merchant, Shimon (“Shimla”)


Their son was the firstborn of Shmuel and Bracha. He was born in Kvutzat Shiller on December 10, 1948. After graduating from elementary school, his father traveled to the United States on a mission, and with him the entire family traveled. After returning to Israel, he continued his high school studies at the Thelma-Yellin School in Yad Eliyahu, where he studied piano for ten years, loved music intensively and worked with great diligence, but only a few won the music. The doctors allowed him to be released if he wanted to, but he preferred to continue serving in the army out of a sense of national duty and love of the homeland.
