Dvir-Yehuda Sorek

Son of Rachel and Yoav. He was born on 14.8.2000 in Ofra to a family of seven children. Dvir was the fourth child in the family, a younger brother to Ze’ev Shahar, Noa Leah and Ruth, and a big brother to Samuel Benjamin, Eitan Menachem and Uri Nehemiah. On February 4, 2019, he joined the IDF.

Private Dvir Yehuda Sorek was killed in a terrorist attack in Gush Etzion on Saturday, August 8, 2019. He was 18 years old. After his death, he was promoted to the rank of Corporal.
