Yarin Karovy

Staff Sergeant Yarin Karovy son of Daniella and Uri Rafael, was born on December 1, 1998 in Netanya. On March 19, 2017 Yarin, a resident of Netanya, was drafted into the IDF, serving in the 77th Battalion of the Armored Corps. Sergeant Yarin Karovy was killed during his service on December 20, 2018. He was twenty years old. He was laid to rest at the Netanya military cemetery. Survived by his parents and three brothers – Adir Zan, Coral and Liam. After his fall Yarin was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant.
