Wiesel, Eran

Son of Ofra and Amikam. Born on the 16th of Adar, March 15, 1979. He grew up in Kiryat Chaim. After graduating high school, Eran enlisted in the Armored Corps, commanded a tank and then taught at the IAF Training School. On December 25, 2006, Eran joined the Israel Prison Service. He was accepted to the Talpiot project, serving in various positions. Eran fell on Thursday, the 25th of Kislev, December 2, 2010 in the forest fire on Mount Carmel, the largest in the country’s history. Eran was thirty-one years old. He was buried in the military cemetery in Kiryat Bialik. He was survived by his wife and daughter.
