Udiz, Asher (Massoud)

Son of David and Nida. Born on 12.1.1947 in Tiberias, he completed his studies at the Erlich Elementary School there, found his work in electrician and belonged to Hapoel’s youth soccer team, was drafted into the IDF in August 1964, A few months later, on the 23rd of Kislev, 5725 (23.11.1964), he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest at the civil cemetery in Tiberias, where he was born. His friends in the soccer team hold annual competitions between all the youth groups in Tiberias and the winning team receives a trophy trophy.
