Sternzis, Moshe
He was born in 1923. During the Second World War he was imprisoned by the Germans and sent to the Bergen-Belsen camp, and after the war he joined the Nacham youth movement, a youth movement founded in DP camps in Europe. Moshe immigrated to Israel in 1947 and joined Kibbutz Kfar Hahoresh, where he joined the Haganah and joined the Haganah in the Jezreel Valley on December 25, 1947, While he was escorting a convoy to Haifa, the convoy was attacked by Arab gangs and he was killed – only two months after arriving in Israel – he was laid to rest in the cemetery at Kibbutz Kfar Hahoresh.
