Born in Biala, southern Hungary, on January 10, 1927, he studied in an elementary and high school, when laws were passed in Hungary against the employment of Jews in professions that required higher education, studied tailoring and worked in it During the Nazi regime he disguised himself as a German soldier, was caught and handed over to the Hungarian Fascists and sentenced to death, escaped from prison and was caught, and again escaped.after the war he returned home, joined the Hachshara group, and took the “Knesset Israel” ship. The British and its passengers were exiled to Cyprus and immigrated to Israel in 1947. Towards the end of 1947, he enlisted in the defense of the homeland and served in the Carmeli Brigade. Haifa and Tira, Degania, Jenin, and the liberation of the Western Galilee to Rosh Hanikra, and during the renewed fighting at the end of the first truce, he took part in Operation Brosh to destroy the Syrian bridgehead in the Mishmar Hayarden area. (10.7.1948). He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Rosh Pina.
