In 1919, he crossed the border to Romania and Bakishinov joined the ninth group of the Third Aliyah Regiment, and in 1921 he immigrated to Eretz Israel with his group and joined the “A” Company of the “Gdud haavoda”, and then joined the founders of Kibbutz Ramat Rachel. worked for a while in the electric company and then for four years as one of the first workers in the Dead Sea Potash Company. His family lived in Jerusalem. When the salt hit his health he had to leave work there. From 1936 onwards, he worked regularly as a construction worker in the Solel Boneh in Haifa and settled in Kiryat Haim. He sacrificed his first son on the altar of the homeland during the War of Independence in the fall of his son Hanoch on the first day of Shevat 5708, accompanied by a convoy from Gush Etzion to Jerusalem, and he continued to fulfill his duty of local duty. , Who worked in fortifying the outpost and was responsible for the mining work, was killed in the explosion of a landmine on July 19, 1948 and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. “The children of Kiryat Haim.”
