Siboni, Reuven (Robert)

Son of-Victor-Yechiel and Rachel. Born on 23 January 1962 in Rabat, Morocco, he was educated at the Alliance school and later studied shoemaking, and was fond of his generosity and good temperament over his family and friends. He then moved to France and from there came to Israel with the French commandos in 1948. He immediately joined the ranks of the IDF, took part in many operations, and all of them came out safely. During his service, he died of his illness on 29.5.1949 while his parents were abroad and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
