Ben Anisa and Suleiman. Born on November 22, 1975 in the village of Hurfeish. Naji was born into a large family, a twin brother to Fayez. He did his elementary and high school studies in his village. In all of his studies, he made good achievements. He enjoyed the great exercise he excelled in. In the framework of the school and the community center, he spent many days of training running short and long distances and swimming, and during his free time he enjoyed hiking. He was drafted into compulsory service in late December 1993, and at the end of basic training he was assigned to the unit as a driver. Toward the end of compulsory service, he married his son, Zahara. Naji chose a military career out of faith and intention to contribute to the defense establishment. He joined the ranks of the career army during 1997, and continued his service in the Golan formation of the Northern Command. Naji served as a driver and later as an assistant to the car officer. He was a model soldier who saw his service as a mission and carried it with great devotion. Naji was described by his commanders as a responsible and clever soldier, with a high work ethic, who stood out with diligence and thoroughness with which he was meticulous in carrying out every task. His gentleness and warmth in his attitude toward those surrounding him made him a loved and admired member of the unit. During the service he was also chosen as an outstanding soldier in the vehicle division as part of a unit event. On 24.10.1997, Naji was critically wounded in a road accident near Rama junction. He was rushed to Rambam Hospital, where he fought for five days and died on October 29, 1997. Naji was brought to eternal rest in the military section of the Hurfeish cemetery, leaving behind a woman in her sixth month of pregnancy, Eight sisters and eight brothers, and four months after his death, his daughter Amani was born.
