We were also called to the flag at the outbreak of the Six-Day War. Yosef fought valiantly and was an excellent and dedicated soldier on the fifth day of the battles, on the 9th of June 1967, he fell during an attack on Deirdre and Tel Halal, was one of the first to climb the Golan Heights and was buried in the Afula military cemetery And was put to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa, where his name was immortalized in a booklet of the Kiryat Motzkin local council in memory of fallen sons.
