Moshe, son of Roza and Yitzhak, was born on the 22nd of Adar II, in Argentina, and immigrated to Israel with his family in 1967. He began his studies in his hometown of Argentina, Moshe was drafted into the IDF in mid-May 1969 and assigned to the Armored Corps. After basic training he was trained as a tank crew member and sent to serve in the Armored Corps School.
