Moshkovitch, Yaakov

Yaakov, son of Michael and Liba Moshkovitch, was born in Raveh Mazowiecka, Poland in 1919, to a large Jewish family. In 1950, Yaakov, his wife and children landed in Israel. He was drafted into active duty in the 91st Battalion of the Armored Corps. On 17 Cheshvan (27.10.1953) Yaakov fell while fulfilling his duties and was laid to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Afula, leaving behind his wife and children.
