Morag (Malovetsky), Adi


Son of Shalom and Tzipora. He was born on March 18, 1942 in Petah Tikva. He began his elementary studies at the Hess School and graduated from Kfar Vitkin. Later he studied at the agricultural school “Kanot” near Gedera. He was a member of the Hanoar Haoved movement during his studies in the “Kinnot”. He was drafted into the IDF in February 1960. When he completed his regular service, he became a career army officer, attained the rank of captain, and recently, in mid-July 1966, he was sent abroad. He was an excellent young officer with great professional knowledge, And the local soldiers. On February 7, 1968, he was killed when he was abroad, and when his body was returned to Israel he was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya. His name is in the “Kanot” agricultural school, and his name is mentioned in the publication published by the Emek Hefer Council.
