Leberbaum, Yaakov (“Yankele”)

Son of Zvi and Sima. He was born on 26.8.1950 in Ramat Hasharon and attended elementary school there. Afterward he continued to study at the vocational high school in Ramat Hasharon. He was an enthusiastic athlete and a literary lover. Yaakov was drafted into the IDF in the middle of August 1969. On the 24th of Kislev 5731 (December 24, 1970), he fell during his service and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
