Kravitzky, Shamai

Shamai, son of Avraham and Zivia Kravitzky, was born on September 10, 1936 in Haifa. Shortly after the death of his father, his mother sent him to Kibbutz Mizra. He was drafted into the IDF in August 1954, successfully completed a platoon commander’s course and was a candidate for an officer’s course. On April 29, 1955, he fell in the line of duty and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
