Kliger, Shmuel-Zvi


Son of Abba Yaakov and Esther. He was born on October 3, 1931 in the city of Mihlany, Romania and studied there in Yeshiva. Shmuel-Zvi immigrated to Israel in 1950 and worked as a clerk in the religious council of Tel Aviv and was drafted into the IDF in January 1951. On the 30th of Nissan, May 6, 1951 he fell in a battle at the Jordan River near the Sea of ​​Galilee and was buried in the military cemetery at Rosh Pina. On the 19th of Sivan 5712 (12.6.1952) he was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
