Ben Fuza and Sami. He was born on December 16, 1976, in Dalit al-Carmel, to a family of four. Wadia attended elementary school in Dalit al-Karmel and junior high school in the village “Kuftan Halabi”. In high school he studied at ORT Ronson on Mount Carmel. He spent most of his time teaching strength and fitness, martial arts, running, swimming and soccer, and he loved to listen to music and read books. Was a loyal friend of his friends and a devoted son of his family and of the Druze community. After completing his studies, he worked for a period of time at Kibbutz Sde Boker, as part of a project to integrate Druze into jobs for the development of the Negev, and created good relations with kibbutz members. In the course of his short service, he was disciplined, dedicated and motivated, and was defined by his commanders as a model soldier, and was killed in a car accident in the Dalit area Al-Carmel, on 10 May 1996. He was followed by his parents and three brothers, Khaled, Rabi’a, and Athir, who was laid to rest in the military section of the cemetery in Isfiya, on the 30th anniversary of Wadia’s death.
