Keinan, Avihu
Son of Hannah and Moshe. He was born on April 2, 1981 in Tel Aviv. In November 2000, Avihu joined the IDF, successfully completed the formation of a Givati platoon and a paramedics course, and became an outstanding trainee in the course of the counterterrorism course, a very difficult 6-month intensive course of warfare and hand-to-hand combat. The day before he fell, Avihu guided and coached two groups of “After Givati. “At the end of the day, after various training sessions, the boys noted their deep and unique impressions of Avihu. On 28 Elul, September 25, 2003, Staff Sergeant Avihu Keinan fell in battle in the Netzarim area at the age of twenty-two. He was laid to rest at the cemetery in Shilo.
