Ben Shula and Shalom. He was born on the 27th of Nissan 5742 (1972) in Lod. Shortly after his birth, his family moved to Rishon Letzion. He completed his elementary studies at the Tarbut School in Rishon Letzion, then went on to the Maayan Junior High School and graduated from the Yohanna Jabotinsky high school in Beer Yaakov. He was smiling, generous, full of goodwill and always helping others. His good temper brought him children and adults. He was always optimistic, and found good in every situation. At the end of August 1990 he was drafted into the IDF, underwent basic training, and was later sent to serve as a combat driver in the Golan Heights, where he served as the driver of the battalion commander and then the battalion commander. On October 4, 1992, he fell while serving in an accident at his base and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Rishon Letzion. He left behind his parents, two sisters and a brother – Miriam, Edith and Yuval.
