Joseph, Asher


Son of Refael and Hannah. Was born on January 25, 1953 in Aden, as a fourth child to a family of 10. In 1966, the family immigrated to Israel and settled in Tel Aviv, where he had already spent seven years in Aden, Tachkemoni, who spent his year in the matriculation exams at high grades, particularly in the fields of mathematics and physics. He was a member of a youth movement, devoted a lot of time to sports and was a good swimmer. He was an intelligent, ambitious, well-informed, and accepted young man who, in all his ways, fulfilled the commandment of “love for your neighbor as yourself” and other mitzvos that he learned in his spongy home.In August 1971, To. Then his life was suddenly cut off – he fell victim to the cruel sea – during his service – on the 16th of Sivan 5735 (5.6.1974). He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. Survived by his parents, seven sisters and two brothers.
