Jared, Moshe Mazas

Moshe, son of Mazal and Daniel Shmuel Jared, was born on 10.1.1954 in India; his family immigrated to Israel in 1964. He joined the Israel Police and lived in Tel Aviv with his wife Zehava and the couple raised three children. Moshe Mazas fell in the line of duty on Tu B’Av 5764 (August 11, 2014). He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul, Tel Aviv, and left a wife, daughter and two sons, a brother and three sisters, and on the gravestone of Moshe Mazas, his loved ones wrote: “From the east, from the sun until his arrival, the name of the Lord is glorified.” (Tehillim 103:3)
