Horowitz, Yaakov (“Yankele”)

Son of Yitzhak and Esther. He was born on March 25, 1933 in Tel Aviv, and after completing his studies at the Ironi Aleph High School in Tel Aviv, he studied at the Hebrew Technion in Haifa in the Department of Structural Engineering and completed his course there. After his enlistment in the IDF. He was promoted to lieutenant. He fell in the line of duty on the 10th of Elul 5708 (25.8.1958) and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
