Honig, Baruch (“Bozik”)


Son of Pesach and blessing. He was born on March 5, 1911, in Porzec, Poland, and immigrated to Israel in 1933. He completed his studies at the Teachers’ College and was one of the first to serve as snipers in the Haganah and Magomery, one of the courses of the Communications Department. The liaison class at Negba from the date of the cost of the spot on the land during the period of the “Tower and Stockade.” He continued this profession during the days of the siege and the battle of Negba during the War of Independence and was not deterred from any work even during the greatest danger. He died in his illness and was brought to rest in the cemetery in Negba, leaving a wife and two daughters.
