Son of Jacob and her daughter. He was born on October 27, 1940 in Haifa. At the end of the year, he returned to school to take his matriculation exams. With the founding of the “Porat” nucleus in the Moshav Movement (named after Shimon Porat, who fell in the Sinai Campaign), Uri was elected to the secretariat because he was accepted by all the departments.
