Hanania, Shabtai (Shavei)
Son of Eliyahu and Abigail. Born on 28.8.1955 in Jerusalem, he studied at the Sokolov Elementary School and completed his studies at the Amal High School, with the aim of mechanics, and he was a friendly and friendly boy. As a loving and caring son, he was a friend of his younger brother, Yaakov, and his sisters, especially his sister, Ofra, adored him – for her she was captivated by the world. Shavey was known for his sense of humor, active in society and organizing, and his friends knew that every event would bring the spirit of life to life. For a short time he worked as a construction worker, later as a mechanic in the garage and finally as a painter on Mount Scopus. Shabtai was drafted into the IDF in mid-August 1973. After basic training he was placed at the headquarters of a paratrooper officer, and from there he was sent to a driving course and tried hard to succeed in the course, but did not get it. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl. Survived by his parents, four sisters and a brother. His family planted a tree in his memory in the forest of the defenders.
