He began studying in an elementary school in the United States and graduated from the “Hagefen” school in Haifa. Afterward, he studied at the Technion High School in Ramat Gan, where he was fond of music and loved classical literature, and was drafted into the IDF in early November 1967 and assigned to the Ordnance Corps. He volunteered for the career army because he wanted to exhaust all his abilities and be in the army, where he could contribute his full talents and knowledge. Thanks to these and the strength of will he reached the course of ordnance officers and graduated with honors. After completing his regular service he continued to serve in the Ordnance Corps and planned to continue his studies at the Hebrew Technion in Haifa and finish him as a mechanical engineer. But his ambitions were not fulfilled, because he was seriously injured and died of his wounds on 21 March 1972. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa, and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant, As we called him) was one of the devoted officers I had in the battalion. He was very sensitive and his sensitivity was always expressed in the positive sense of the word. As an ordnance officer, an excellent professional in the battalion, he would have come to any useless vessel and any minor flaw would have been treated immediately. This devotion made him an officer who was accepted by the battalion. After completing all the training stages with great success, his commanders instructed him to use his vast experience and impart it to others. A few days ago (before they fell) he received the work plan for the next year and already planned his work. “The commander finishes his list:” May his memory be blessed. “
