Son of Aharon and Pnina. Born on March 31, 1955 in Tel Aviv, his life story is sad: At a young age he was orphaned by his mother, spent a certain period of time with his relatives, and later on in the kibbutz. His commander in the Israel Medical Corps wrote after his death: “Menachem, the late man, fulfilled his duties properly and with the recognition of the importance of carrying out the tasks entrusted to the IDF.”
